Spiced Pumpkin, Apple, and Lime Crockpot Soup

2 cup cubes Pumpkin (1 small pumpkin, roughly chopped)
2 medium Apple (cored and peeled)
1 medium Yellow onion (peeled and diced)
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1 dash Ginger, dried
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
1/2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
2 slice Lime


Place the prepared pumpkin, apples, onion, ghee, and spices in a medium/large crockpot.

Cover with water and cook on low for 6 hours.

Transfer soup to a blender, add coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve with a lime quarter.
