Ingredients


851 gm Black beans, canned (2 cans, drained)
3 clove(s) Garlic
4 green onion (stem) Green onion
1 fruit Lime
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (fresh, packed)
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Chipotle seasoning ((or cayenne))

Instructions


1. Drain liquid from black beans and pour into blender.

2. Chop roots off green onions, peel garlic cloves, rinse fresh cilantro and remove top and seeds from jalapeno. Remove any bad spots.

3. Squeeze juice of lime into blender and add all other ingredients.

4. Blend until well combined. Stop to stir and push contents into blade as needed.

5. Transfer dip from blender into your favorite serving bowl and enjoy!
