1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (for sauce)
1/3 cup Cilantro (coriander) (for sauce)
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh) (for sauce)
1 1/2 tsp Lime peel (zest) (for sauce)
1 tbsp Honey (for sauce)
1/4 tsp Salt (for sauce)
1 tsp Paprika, smoked
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1 dash Cinnamon
454 gm Shrimp, raw (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Combine the paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to fully coat the shrimp in seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook about 2 minutes on each side. You’ll know the shrimp is done when it turns pink and curls into a “C” shape.
  5. Toss the shrimp with fresh lime juice and cilantro and serve with dipping sauce,
