4 fruit Plum
1/4 cup Butternut squash (cubed)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tbsp Coconut syrup/nectar
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


Dice fruit and veggies and throw everything together in a pot. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes until everything is combined and thick.
