1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 cup Yellow onion (chopped)
1 package (227g) Cremini (Italian) mushroom (sliced)
3 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Chicken broth (stock), low sodium
3 tbsp Parsley, Italian, fresh (chopped)
1 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbsp Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
681 gm Ground turkey, lean
1 large egg Egg (beaten)
3 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray
1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp unpacked Brown sugar
1 dash Mustard powder
1 dash Nutmeg, ground


Preheat oven to 350°.

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic to pan; cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes.

Combine mushroom mixture, panko, chicken broth, parsley, soy sauce, sriracha worcestershire sauce, pepper, gorund turkey and egg in a large bowl; stir well to combine. Shape turkey mixture into a 9 x 5–inch rectangle on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and nutmeg in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Spread ketchup mixture evenly over top of meat loaf; bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160°. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
