2 cup Gluten free flour
1/2 cup Coconut sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 medium Banana (s) (ripe)
4 cup Spinach
1 cup Hemp milk
1/4 cup Coconut oil


Preheat oven to 350°F and grease muffin tins with coconut oil.

In a big bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.

In a blender, combine banana, vanilla, spinach, milk and coconut oil.

Gently fold banana/spinach mixture into the dry ingredients and then pour into muffin tins.

Bake for approximately 16-20 minutes
