1/4 cup Freeze dried green onion (http://www.thrivelife.com/green-onions.html)
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese, sharp
2 1/4 cup Water
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Black pepper
1 dash Himalayan sea salt
12 large egg Egg (or use 1.5 cups of THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix http://www.thrivelife.com/dried-egg.html)
5 cup THRIVE chopped spinach, freeze dried
5 cup pieces White mushrooms

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl,

3. Pour mixture into (12) greased muffin tins,

4. Bake for 20 minutes

5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes

6. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt over tops
 

Notes:

makes 12 individual Quiches
note 1.5 cups of THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix is the equivalent of 12 eggs.
