5 cup | THRIVE chopped spinach, freeze dried |
5 cup pieces | White mushrooms |
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl,
3. Pour mixture into (12) greased muffin tins,
4. Bake for 20 minutes
5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
6. Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt over tops
makes 12 individual Quiches
