Ingredients


1/2 tsp Hot sauce (for dressing)
1 tsp Maple syrup (for dressing)
1/3 cup Olive oil (for dressing)
4 medium Pear (cut into thin wedges)
1/4 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (for dressing)
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper (to taste, for dressing)
4 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar (for dressing)
3/4 cup Walnuts
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (for dressing)

Instructions


Toast the walnuts.

Mix the dressing.

In a large bowl, place spinach, pear and walnuts, pour dressing over top- mix gently.
