2 cup Spinach
2 tbsp Pea Protein Powder (1 scoop of your protein powder --- you want 15g of protein per serving)
3/4 cup Forest fruit mix, frozen (berries or other fruit you enjoy with your nut butters)
1 tbsp Sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (as needed)

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well combined.
