1/4 cup Mango (frozen; chunks)
1/4 cup diced Pineapple (frozen)
1 1/2 medium Banana (s) (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Water, filtered

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass & serve immediately
