227 gm

(package; softened)
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese
(shredded)
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
(to taste)
2
Puff pastry, ready-to-bake
(thawed)
2 tbsp
Butter, unsalted
(melted)
1 tsp
Garlic powder
Instructions
Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out one puff pastry sheet and cut it into a large triangle. Place it on the baking sheet to form the base of the tree.
Spread the spinach dip evenly over the puff pastry triangle, making sure it’s covered completely.
Roll out the second puff pastry sheet and cut it into another triangle. Place it over the spinach dip layer and trim the edges to match the bottom triangle.
Using a sharp knife, make horizontal slits on both sides of the triangle, leaving the center intact to form the tree trunk.
Twist each slit a few times to create spiraled branches that resemble a Christmas tree.
Melt butter, mix in garlic powder, and generously brush the entire tree with the butter mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
Let the tree cool for 5 minutes before serving. Pull apart the branches for a fun and festive appetizer!
