Ingredients


4 medium Apple (peeled and julienned)
1 dash Black pepper (freshly ground)
1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (leaves, thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 bunch Spinach (cut into strips)
1/2 medium Yellow onion (chopped)

Instructions


1. Wash, and prepare vegetables and fruit.

2. Mix spinach, apples, onion, coriander and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Serve and enjoy!

 

Notes:

Apples

are an excellent source of vitamin C which is a very important antioxidant that is important for immunity

Spinach

is high in fiber and vitamin K1 which may help to inhibit calcification in arteries!
