4 medium Apple (peeled and julienned)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (leaves, thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 bunch Spinach (cut into strips)
1/2 medium Yellow onion (chopped)


1. Wash, and prepare vegetables and fruit.

2. Mix spinach, apples, onion, coriander and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Serve and enjoy!
