1/4 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
1 tbsp Basil, fresh (leaves, thinly sliced)
3 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 medium Red onion (chopped)
3 medium Tomato (diced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 bunch Spinach (cut into strips)


Wash a prepare all ingredients.

Mix spinach, tomatoes, onion, basil and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

You may chose to use halved cherry tomatoes.

Serve and enjoy!
