1 whole orange(s) Orange juice (Squeezed)
1 bag(s) Baby spinach
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
2 leaf Basil, fresh (Optional)
3 sprig Cilantro (coriander) (Optional)


  1. Blend the tomatoes, celery, garlic, and orange juice.
  2. Add the spinach a handful at a time until well blended.
  3. Lastly add the avocado, basil, and cilantro and blend until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into a bowl, garnish with cilantro if desired and enjoy. This soup is best eaten soon after preparation.
