2 beet(s) Beets, raw (spiralized, or shredded with food processor)
1 tsp Sesame seeds (toasted if desired.)
2 sprig Cilantro (coriander) (for garnish)
1/4 cup Lemon juice (for dressing)
1/2 clove(s) Garlic (for dressing)
1 tsp minced Ginger root (for dressing)
1 tsp Soy sauce, tamari (for dressing)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
1 tsp Honey (raw, organic, unpasteurized and local)
2 medium Brazil nuts (for dressing. Or cashew nuts)


Use a spiral slicer to turn your beets into noodles.

To make dressing: Simply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. This is enough for 1 serving.

Place your spiralized beets in a large bowl and drizzle the dressing on top. Mix well to combine and garnish with a sesame seed avocado, and cilantro.
