|1/2 cucumber(s)||Cucumber (chopped)|
|1/2 medium||Zucchini (chopped)|
|1 1/2 tsp||Spirulina powder|
|2 drop(s)||Stevia sweetener, liquid|
|1 cup||Almond milk, unsweetened (frozen into ice cubes)|
|2 tbsp||Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)|
|1 tbsp||Coconut oil|
|2 cup||Ice cubes|
|2 tsp||Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (for topping)|
1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smooth!
(If you don't have a high powered blender, you will need to break the ingredients up a good bit, and add about 1 cup of additional liquid most likely to get it going)
2. Once everything is blended, pour into 2 glass jars and have both for a meal replacement, or have one for breakfast and another later on.
3. Be sure to put a lid on your jar if keeping it in the refrigerator since more air oxidizes the greens quicker.
4. For serving, top with a few cacao nibs, and perhaps additional pumpkin seeds.
