Spirulina Pumpkin Seed Smoothie with Cacao Nibs

2 cup Spinach
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (chopped)
1/2 medium Zucchini (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
2 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (frozen into ice cubes)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
2 cup Ice cubes
2 tsp Cacao nibs, raw (for topping)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth! Add additional almond milk if not using a high-speed blender.
  2. Once everything is blended, pour into 2 glass jars.
  3. Be sure to put a lid on your jar if keeping it in the refrigerator since more air oxidizes the greens quicker. Enjoy!
