Spirulina Pumpkin Seed Smoothie with Cacao Nibs

2 cup Spinach
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (chopped)
1/2 medium Zucchini (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
2 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (frozen into ice cubes)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
2 cup Ice cubes
2 tsp Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (for topping)


1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smooth!

(If you don't have a high powered blender, you will need to break the ingredients up a good bit, and add about 1 cup of additional liquid most likely to get it going)

2. Once everything is blended, pour into 2 glass jars and have both for a meal replacement, or have one for breakfast and another later on.

3. Be sure to put a lid on your jar if keeping it in the refrigerator since more air oxidizes the greens quicker.

4. For serving, top with a few cacao nibs, and perhaps additional pumpkin seeds.
