Ingredients


1 small Banana
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Kale
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or water/coconut water)
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1 tsp Hemp protein powder
2 date pitted Medjool date (optional, to sweeten)

Instructions


Simply place everything together in the blender, peel the banana and pit the dates first.

Then blend for a minute or so until smooth. You may add more water/almond milk/coconut water if you like it runnier.
