Ingredients


1 gm Dandelion greens (about 5 leafs)
1 gm Nettle (about 5 nettles)
1 tbsp Fennel seed
5 drop(s) Lemon balm, essential oil
2 cup Water (boiled)

Instructions


1. Pour 2 cup of freshly boiled water over herbs in a steeping tea pot.

2. Steep 15 minutes with a lid (keeping all the volatile oils in infusion).

3. Strain and enjoy.

Notes:

For more flavor

You may add 1/2 tsp honey

Enjoy hot or poured over ice with lemon
