|1 1/2 cup||Buckwheat groats, dry (not Kasha)|
|1 cup||Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)|
|1/2 cup whole||Almonds, raw|
|1/2 cup||Applesauce, unsweetened|
|2 tbsp||Ghee (melted)|
|2 medium||Banana (s) (very ripe)|
To sprout the buckwheat groats: soak for 15-20 minutes, rinse, and then leave to sprout for 2-3 days - rinsing 2-3 times per day during this time.
The pumpkin seeds and almonds don't technically “sprout”, so you just need to soak those overnight (8-12 hours).
Once those 3 ingredients are complete, blend the remaining ingredients into a blender to make a paste to coat the nuts, seeds, and groats.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350° Celsius - OR, even better: dehydrate for 8-12 hours.
