1 cup Water
2 cup Baby spinach (preferrably organic)
1/2 medium Banana
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen blackberry, unsweetened
1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (optional)

Instructions


In a blender, combine water and spinach first. Then add a 3 ice cubes and remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth and enjoy.
