Starter Green Smoothie

Simple green smoothie for someone new to drinking green smoothies.

Ingredients


2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (can sub water or alternative non-dairy milk)
1 clementine(s) Clementine (peeled)
2 cup Baby spinach (or two handfuls)
3 tbsp Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete (1 scoop or single package or sub below)
1 tsp Coconut butter (or sub coconut oil)
1/2 cup Frozen mango (or sub choice of fruit)

Instructions


Place all ingredients into a blender (BlendTec, Vitamix or other powerful blender preferred ) and blend until smooth.

If not using the Complete mix, please add in 3 tbsp of hemp seed, preferred ground fresh by your small coffee grinder.
