10 large spear(s) Asparagus
1/4 cup Water
1/4 medium Lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Avocado oil

Instructions


  1. Place the asparagus in a pan with water.
  2. Cover the pan with a lid, and let the water come to a boil, about 5-10 minutes. 
  3. Once the water is boiling turn the heat off, but leave the lid on for 1 more minute.
  4. Once the minute has passed remove the asparagus from the pan and coat it with avocado oil, lemon juice, and salt. Serve.
