2 head Broccoli, raw (Florets only)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions


  1. Wash broccoli heads and cut off stalks. Cut into large bite-sized florets.
  2. Steam until the broccoli turns bright green and is tender enough to pierce with a fork.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt on top. Serve!

**Cook for 3 - 4 minutes for crisp-tender broccoli or for about 6-8 minutes for a fully tender broccoli.
