1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 medium head Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
2 clove(s) Garlic (small, minced)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (minced)
1 pinch Sea salt


Steam, cauliflower, until nearly tender, 6 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add garlic, continue stirring, until the garlic is tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Place the hot cauliflower in a serving bowl and toss with the olive oil mixture along with fresh parsley.
