Ingredients


1 medium head Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
2 clove(s) Garlic (small, minced)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (minced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions


1. Steam, cauliflower, until nearly tender, 6 to 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add garlic, continue stirring, until the garlic is tender, 2 to 4 minutes.

3. Place the hot cauliflower in a serving bowl and toss with the olive oil mixture along with fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste!

Cauliflower

is a cruciferous vegetable, it is high in fiber and contains the B vitamin folate which plays an important role in cell division!
