Ingredients


1 head(s) Bok choy (chopped)
1/4 cup minced Ginger root
1 tbsp Honey
3/4 cup Mung beans, raw
1/3 cup Oyster sauce
2 cup Rapini, broccoli raab, raw
2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions


Place broccoli, bok choy and beans in a steamer over boiling water and steam until vegetables are bright green and tender.

Place ginger, oyster sauce and honey in a saucepan over a medium-heat, bring to a simmer for 1 minute. To serve, place greens on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and scatter with sesame seeds.
