2 cup | Rapini, broccoli raab, raw (cut in bite size pieces) |
1/4 cup minced | Ginger root (peeled) |
1 tbsp | Honey |
1/3 cup | Oyster sauce |
2 tbsp | Sesame seeds |
1. Place broccoli, bok choy and beans in a steamer over boiling water and steam until vegetables are bright green and tender.
2. Place ginger, oyster sauce and honey in a saucepan over a medium-heat, bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
3. To serve, place greens on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and scatter with sesame seeds.
