1 tbsp Ghee (or butter)


Heat water in pot with steamer basket.

While waiting for water to boil, scrub clams with brush under running water (pay close attention and discard any with broken or open shells).

When water is boiling, add clams to basket and steam for about 5 minutes or until all clams have opened.

Melt butter and enjoy!
