Ingredients


1 head(s) Bok choy (chopped)
2 cup Lentils, red, cooked
2 cup Rapini, broccoli raab, raw (cut in bite size pieces)
1/4 cup minced Ginger root (peeled)
1 tbsp Honey
1/3 cup Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions


  1. Place broccoli, bok choy, and beans in a steamer over boiling water and steam until vegetables are bright green and tender.
  2.  Place ginger, oyster sauce, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a simmer for 1 minute. 
  3. To serve, place greens on a serving plate, spoon over the sauce and scatter with sesame seeds

Optional: Top with avocado slices, red pepper flakes, or carrot shreds
