|1/2 tsp||White pepper (can sub with black pepper)|
Place mushrooms, garlic, and apples into a large bowl.
Add the ground lamb, tamari, sesame oil and ground white pepper into the bowl and mix everything together very well.
Prepare a steamer by placing 3 inches of water in the pot and placing the steamer basket and lid on top. Let sit over a burner on high heat.
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a glass or metal dish that will fit in the steamer
When water boils and steam is emerging from the pot, place the dish with meatballs into the steamer basket
Steam for 8-10 minutes
