1/2 cup | Chickpea flour |
1/2 cup | Oat flour |
1/2 cup | Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill |
1/2 cup | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
1/4 cup hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1/4 cup | Chia seeds |
2 tbsp | Stevia sweetener, powder |
1/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
1/2 cup | Water |
2 tbsp | Instant dry yeast, Fleischmann's |
1/4 tsp | Honey, raw |
Prepare Yeast with Water and Honey in a separate bowl
Combine all other ingredients and then add yeast mixture and form a ball
Separate into 6 little balls, Flatten out and Then make a hole in the middle
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for best heating coverage
Bake on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
You can top with sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning, or make them sweet with cinnamon sugar mixture on top and even in the batter.
