150 gm | Beef, inside round steak, lean (sliced into 1″ long pieces) |
1/4 tsp | Black pepper |
2 cup | Mung beans, boiled, canned |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
2 tbsp | Sunflower oil |
3 tbsp | Teriyaki sauce |
1 cup pieces | White mushrooms |
Add sunflower oil in a large skillet (enough to coat the bottom of the pan) and heat over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside once cooked.
In the same pan, sauté white mushrooms and mung beans with a small amount of oil as needed, then add back the beef. End with soy sauce or other stir fry sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
