Stir-Fried Beef and Mung Beans

150 gm Beef, inside round steak, lean (sliced into 1″ long pieces)
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 cup Mung beans, boiled, canned
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sunflower oil
3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 cup pieces White mushrooms


Add sunflower oil in a large skillet (enough to coat the bottom of the pan) and heat over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside once cooked.

In the same pan, sauté white mushrooms and mung beans with a small amount of oil as needed, then add back the beef. End with soy sauce or other stir fry sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
