Ingredients


1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp minced Ginger root
2 tsp Miso paste

Instructions


1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk together.

 

2. Pour marinade over:

  • sliced chicken breasts, beef strips, pork
  • sliced tempeh or cubed tofu 
  • allow to sit for 30 minutes to 24 hours.

 

3. For best flavour, prepare the day before and allow to marinade overnight.
