Ingredients


1 small Apple (organic)
1/3 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Walnuts (raw)
1/2 tbsp Honey, raw
1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted

Instructions


Stir together butter and honey over medium-low heat until butter melts. Stir in oats, chopped apple, salt, cinnamon, and nuts. Cook, stirring, for 2 or 3 minutes.

Serve as is, or top with 1/4 cup unsweetened yogurt.
