1 cube Beef bouillon, dry, Knorr
1 cup Broccoli, raw
1 1/2 cup Brown rice, medium-grain, dry
1/2 cup grated Carrots
3 medium stalk(s) Celery
2 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 cup Green peas, raw
2 cup Kale
1 cube Mushroom bouillon
1 cube Vegetable bouillon
3 1/2 cup Water
1 medium Yellow onion


Heat water in a medium pot. Add in beef, vegetable and mushroom bouillon cubes. Add rice and cook according to package instructions.

In a skillet add onions, broccoli, peas, carrot, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender. Add in kale last and allow to soften and wilt.

Combine rice and vegetables, allow to stand 5 min. before serving.
