Strawberry Cashew Milk

2 cup Cashew nuts, raw
4 date pitted Medjool date
1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)
1 cup halves Strawberries (organic)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (optional)
3 cup Water


Place the cashews in a high-speed blender. Turn to high and blend until a fine powder forms. Be careful not to over-blend to avoid making cashew butter.

Add the dates, vanilla, and strawberries. Blend on high until well combined, about 30 seconds.

Chill and serve. Store leftovers in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for 3-4 days. The milk will naturally separate in the fridge. Give it a good shake before serving!
