Ingredients


1/8 cup Chia seeds, ground
1/2 tsp minced Ginger root
2 tsp Lemon juice
3 tsp Maple syrup
1 cup slices Strawberries

Instructions


Place everything except the chia seeds in a food processor or blender, pulse until mostly smooth. Transfer to a 1/2 liter mason jar and add the chia seeds, mix with a spoon until combined.

Allow jam to sit in the fridge for at least 20 min, so the chia seeds can gel.
