1 1/2 cup whole Strawberries (strawberry layer - chopped)
1/3 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (strawberry layer)
1 tsp Honey, raw (strawberry layer)
2 1/2 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (honeyed yogurt layer)
2 tsp Honey, raw (honeyed yogurt layer)
1 1/2 cup Mango (mango layer - Champagne or Ataulfo are options)
1/3 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (mango layer)


Start by adding strawberries, yogurt and honey to a blender. Blend until well combined. Evenly distribute among popsicle molds. Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until firm.

Whisk together yogurt and honey. Add to molds and freeze again for 20-30 minutes or until firm.

Rinse out the blender and add mango and yogurt. Bend until well combined. Fill the molds to the top and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid.

To release popsicles, run the bottom of the mold briefly under warm water.


To achieve nice layers, the key is to freeze each layer before adding a new one so the different flavors don't mix together.
