|1 medium||Banana (cut into chunks)|
|1/2 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1 cup||Soy milk (or almond milk)|
|14 medium||Strawberries (frozen)|
|1/2 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 1/2 tsp||Granulated sugar (see substitues in notes)|
1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
2. Add vanilla and sugar and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
To make this recipe free of refined sugars - you can substitute the sugar for honey or maple syrup or leave it out completely!
The bananas will sweeten this recipe nicely!
