1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Macadamia milk (or oat milk)
14 medium Strawberries (frozen)
1 medium Banana (s) (cut into chunks)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled


  1. In a blender, combine soy milk and oats together until smooth. Add banana and strawberries.
  2. Add vanilla and hemp seeds, blend until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if needed.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.


Quick Tips:

  • Make sure to use 1 frozen fruit (either strawberry or banana) or the smoothie will be too runny. If you'd like to use fresh fruits only, reduce the amount of milk to 3/4 cup.
  • Blend oats on their own or with milk first to ensure that the smoothie is not grainy.
