Ingredients


1 medium Banana (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Soy milk (or almond milk)
14 medium Strawberries (frozen)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar (see substitues in notes)

Instructions


1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.

2. Add vanilla and sugar and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and serve.
