1 medium Banana (cut into chunks)
1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 cup Soy milk
14 medium Strawberries (frozen)
1 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
