You can use fresh or frozen fruit. Use a plastic popsicle mold, or use small paper cups (or shot glasses) and popsicle sticks or coffee stirring sticks.
Ingredients
1/4 cup
Raspberries
1/2 cup slices
Strawberries
(or small pieces)
1 tbsp
Maple syrup
3/4 cup
Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F.
(lactose free)
Instructions
Wash the berries. Remove the leaves from the strawberries. Dice the berries into small pieces.
Mash the berries in a bowl using a fork with the maple syrup. Stir in the yogurt.
Divide evenly between each popsicle mold. If using paper cups, cover each paper cup with tin foil or plastic wrap. Cut the popsicle or stir sticks in half. Poke the sticks through the centre of the tin foil/plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Enjoy!
