1 1/2 cup Frozen strawberry
1/3 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla yogurt, 1-2% M.F.
1/2 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients to a single-serve blender cup or blender bowl.

2. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.

(Add another splash of almond milk if you'd like a little thinner consistency.)

Notes:

You can also add 1 Tbsp raw honey (or other sweetener, if desired.
