1/2 cup Skyr plain yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
2 strawberry Frozen strawberry
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured
3 tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Buckwheat groats, dry (for topping)
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened (for topping)
1/4 cup Blueberries (for topping)

Instructions


1. In a blender combine strawberries, almond milk and protein powder.

2. Stir strawberry mixture into yogurt.

3. Top with groats, coconut and blueberries.
