Ingredients


2 cup Frozen strawberry
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup Soy milk (vanilla flavoured if desired)
1/2 cup cubes Tofu, silken, soft
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


In blender, purée together soy milk, strawberries, tofu, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
