1/4 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
2 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
1 cup whole Strawberries
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 cube(s) Ice cubes (more or less)

Instructions


Soak oats and walnuts in water with a squeeze of lemon juice for at least an hour, or up to

overnight. Throw ingredients into the blender and blend on high.
