1/2 cup Steel cut oats, dry
1/2 cup Soy milk (or other dairy free milk)
2 cup whole Strawberries (halved, sliced)
450 gm Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (or coconut yogurt - for dairy free version)
2 tsp Honey

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients. Place in jars and chill overnight. Enjoy for breakfast either cold or warm (heat for one minute).

2. Other mix-in ideas include: Wheat germ, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax, or Vanilla protein powder.
