Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits

1/4 cup Steel cut oats, dry
1/4 cup Soy milk, unsweetened, plain (or other dairy free milk)
1 cup whole Strawberries (halved, sliced)
225 gm Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (or coconut yogurt - for dairy free version)
1 tsp Honey (or maple syrup)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. 
  2. Place the jar in the fridge and chill overnight. 
  3. Enjoy for breakfast either cold or warm (heat for one minute).

  • Other mix-in ideas include wheat germ, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax, or Vanilla protein powder.
