Curry Hummus |
1. Prepare Curry Hummus according to recipe on page 54.
2. Collard greens.
3. Shred carrot and cabbage.
4. Dice tomatoes into small pieces.
5. Chop red onion into small pieces.
6. Use sharp knife to shave down thick stem of large collard leaf.
7. Spread hummus of leaf and add other ingredients.Roll leaf like burrito and use toothpick to hold together if needed.
