1/2 cup Tomato ketchup (sugar-free; (I highly recommend Primal Kitchen) or make you own)
3 tbsp Swerve Sweetener, granular (Brown sugar substitute)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp Honey (honey substitute or you can just add a sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Chipotle seasoning

Instructions


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until the brown sugar substitute dissolves, about 2 minutes. 
  2. That's it. That's all. You're done. Go slather it on some delicious grilled meat!
