Ingredients


2 cup Brewed coffee
1 1/4 cup Oat Milk, Minor Figures Dairy (full fat; unsweetened)
3 tbsp Pumpkin purée, canned (organic)
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Whipped cream topping, pressurized (Use dairy free alternative - almond milk works well & tastes delicious)

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Over medium heat, simmer for approximately five minutes.  Stir well to evenly blend spices and oils.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add 2 1/2 cups coffee (brewed strong), add pumpkin spice mixture from saucepan – blend on high for 30 seconds until creamy and frothy.

Optional: add monk fruit or another natural sweetener

Notes:

A quick hack would just be to add a couple of tablespoons of pumpkin pie filling to your morning cup of Coffee. It’s tastier than it sounds.
