1. Soak cashews overnight in fridge.
2. Strain liquid off cashews and rinse.
3. Blend ingredients for crust in food processor and press into bottom of rectangular glass pan.
4. Clean food processor and then blend ingredients for filling.
5. Transfer filling into pan and spread evenly on top of crust layer.
6. Slice bananas and arrange blueberries, bananas, and raspberries to resemble the American flag.
7. Enjoy! Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving.
