3 slice Cheddar cheese, sharp (or choice of organic/raw cheese)
2 tbsp Basil pesto
4 piece Sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup Basil, fresh

Instructions


Pesto should be homemade with basil, olive oil, nuts, garlic and lemon juice. Spread cheese, pesto and sun-dried tomato on top of cherry tomatoes and basil leaves and season with sea salt.
